We ship from Lima - Perú through the Peruvian Post Office www.serpost.com.pe with Tracking number.
Shipping Time to Usa and Canada is 2 to 4 weeks approx.
Shipping time to Europe and Rest of the World is 3 to 4 weeks approx.
(some countries takes an extra week for customs inspections)

RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 7 days from the day that you received it. Only purchased price will be refunded.

To return an item, just send it to our mailing address. Item must be returned with original labels and in perfect condition.
